Vision Service Plan (VSP)
The Company offers vision coverage through Vision Service Plan (VSP). VSP has the most extensive network of optometrists and vision care specialists in the country. Under this plan, you can use a VSP provider or another provider of your choice. However, when you obtain vision care through a non-VSP provider, you will receive a reduced level of benefits.

Find the right VSP doctor for you by visiting www.vsp.com or by calling 1-800-877-7195.
Already have a VSP doctor?
Make an appointment and tell them you’re a VSP member.
Visit www.vsp.com to track your benefits and how much you saved with VSP after your appointment.
You do not need an ID card to access benefits. Participating VSP providers will complete and submit claims for you.
