Jackson Family Wines is pleased to announce there will be no changes to our plans. With inflation and the continuing rise in healthcare expenses there will be an increase to your employee contribution on medical plans. All other benefits will have no increase in employee contribution. To learn more, please attend a webinar or review a recorded session once available.
Please take this time and opportunity to thoroughly review and understand your benefit options and determine the best coverage for you and your family.
Here's what you need to know:
- Due to the extraordinary rising costs of medical coverage, JFW will be absorbing most of the 40% Anthem and 25% Kaiser cost increase.
- Employee contribution increase will vary depending on your plan Look for your updated contribution in the 2024 Benefits Guide scheduled to be released November 13th.
- All other benefit employee contribution (except for medical) will remain the same for 2024.
- If you are currently enrolled in benefits and do not actively make election changes through the Employee Benefits Service Center website: jfwbenefits.com your current elections will rollover – with the exception of the Flexible Spending Account.
- If you wish to participate in the Health or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account(s) (FSA) you must elect new coverage during open enrollment for the 2024 plan year.
- Accessing your benefits just got easier with a new single sign on (SSO) experience using your JFWNow credentials.
